We spent a good chuck of time, in public session, talking about the general form and primary objective areas for these plans. These will be used to guide our use of the new evaluation system to develop specific plans for the Superintendent and Treasurer. Once completed, this should yield an evaluation tool that our School Board can use for many years to come.
