After discussions with the City of Hilliard, the management of Rockford Homes has decided that this land development opportunity no longer makes economic sense, and has therefore chosen to terminate the deal, as is its prerogative.
To my knowledge, there is no one else interested in purchasing the property at this time.
Ol' Man Grener sure made out. Ended up selling land to a sucker (the school district) which is having trouble selling for a loss.
