NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given; there will be a SPECIAL meeting of the Board of Education of the Hilliard City School District on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. located at Hilliard City Schools Central Office Administration Building, 2140 Atlas Street, Columbus, Ohio.

The meeting will be a work session to discuss the evaluation process for the Superintendent and Treasurer/CFO.

The meeting is called by Brian W. Wilson, Treasurer/CFO of the Hilliard City School District Board of Education, at the direction of the President of said Board.

The meeting will be held in executive session preparing for, conducting, or reviewing negotiations or bargaining sessions with employees.

The meeting is called by Brian W. Wilson, Treasurer/CFO of the Hilliard City School District Board of Education, at the direction of the President of said Board.

  2. Nope, still not allowing that kind of tone on this blog, but to your point, performance plans for our top executives aren't something we're going to throw together in a couple of days. We spent a good chuck of time, in public session, talking about the general form and primary objective areas for these plans. These will be used to guide our use of the new evaluation system to develop specific plans for the Superintendent and Treasurer. Once completed, this should yield an evaluation tool that our School Board can use for many years to come. It's worth the time to get it right, and believe me, Dr. Marschhausen is the driving force.
